Per day rates listed below; two-night minimum. Extra charge for one night stay, add $40 for efficiency Cottages, $25 for dormitory cottages. Peters two night minimum required.

Children 12 and under are half-price (2 children = 1 adult); no charge for children under 2 years of age.

Event Barn – $1,800 per day.

Picnic Pavilion – up to 25 people – $72/day; 25+ people $96/day

Apple Storage Room – $235/day. Includes use of Apple Storage Kitchen; add $80 for night before preparation.

Hayride – $120, is weather dependent and must be scheduled in advance.

Linens – Bedding and towels are provided in Efficiency Cottages and Farm House Rooms. Linen packages (2 bed sheets, 1 pillow case, 1 towel and 1 washcloth) are available upon request for Dormitory cottages – $16/package.

RESERVATIONS

Please contact us to inquire about availability and finalize your reservation. We’ll be happy to pencil in your dates, but please do let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s rate is required to confirm all reservations.

OTHER NOTES

Check in: Please stop at the Farm House and check in with Ken or Sally upon arrival.

Damage: You are responsible for any damages incurred during your stay. Any problems with your accommodations should be reported as soon as possible.

Payment: Make checks payable to Mountain Dale Farm, LLC; deposit required to confirm reservation.

All rates subject to 9% tax (6% PA sales tax plus 3% local room tax).
