Troutman & Sons, a provider of locally-grown, competitively-priced, high quality beef products located in nearby Freeburg, PA. Their extensive product line includes “conventional,” grass-fed, and organic beef; standard and custom cuts are available.

Place your order through Mountain Dale, specify when you’d like it and we’ll have your fresh beef ready. Also, many Mountain Dale guests take Troutman beef (including quarters and halves) home with them. Please note that you’ll need plenty of cooler space for larger orders; we can help you estimate the amount of storage required.
